Xebec through its trained, dedicated and motivated manpower provides safe, secure, and environmentally-sound operations and maintenance of assets in a cost effective manner aimed at long-term preservation of the asset value. We at Xebec operate at two levels: strategic-tactical and operational. At the first level we inform the client about the potential impact of the decisions on the provision of space and services and at the second level we ensure proper operation of all aspects of building to create an optimal environment for the occupants to function. Xebec at present manages approx 0.7 million sqft of distributed sites across over 73 cities. The services offered include regular contract based engineering maintenance and on-site housekeeping services. Plus the FM division also provides a range of services including Condition Audits, Alterations and Additions, Disposal support, and related services. |
